LITA eLearning Coordinator Application Form
Publication Proposal Form
The Library And Information Technology Association publishes the popular LITA Guide Series, full-length works on practical, technical topics. We encourage you to fill out the proposal form if you are interested in authoring a publication or have suggestions for publications.
Our Publications Committee is always interested in finding and encouraging new authors. We deliberately seek and strongly encourage submissions from underrepresented groups, such as women, people of color, the LGBTQA+ community, and people with disabilities, as well as new voices.
By default, ALA owns the copyright on LITA Guides, but authors can request to retain copyright themselves.
View a list of recently published Guides to see examples of topics of interest.
Questions or comments can be sent to Marta Deyrup, LITA Acquisitions Editor.
All fields with an asterisk (*) are required. Please review ALA’s personal data notification (PDN) before proceeding.
